In February, the Golden Retriever Lifetime Study team announced a new incentive for our participants. Each year, dogs that have completed study requirements are automatically entered in a drawing to receive a valuable prize.
Say congratulations to Hunny, #905, from Akron, Penn.! Hunny’s owner, Cheri van Zant, and her veterinarian, Dr. Lauren Lane, of White Oaks Veterinary Hospital, each are the lucky recipients of a Microsoft Surface.
The Golden Retriever Lifetime Study team appreciates Hunny’s (and her human partner's) dedication to the study. We also want you to know how much we appreciate your commitment to this groundbreaking effort.
Starting on the study’s 4th year anniversary (June 2016) participants (both owners and veterinarians) will receive an anniversary gift shipped in each hero’s kit. This anniversary gift is just a small thank you to let you know that at Morris Animal Foundation, we appreciate you and all the hard work you do for this remarkable project.
This year’s gift for our veterinary participants will be a tape measure. This tool will come in handy to see if any of our study dogs have grown in the past year. The tape measure also provides additional standardization to the data. Stay tuned to see what the anniversary gift will be for our participating owners.
